Celebrating Our Maintenance Teams With Two Days of Fun and Recognition

This year’s Maintenance Appreciation Event at Pins Mechanical Co. was one for the books. For two full days, our maintenance associates from across Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana came together to relax, have fun, and be reminded of how much they’re valued.

Bowling lanes filled with cheers, pinball machines lit up, and friendly games of bocce stretched long into the afternoon. Between raffles, giveaways, and laughter shared over great food, the celebration was all about honoring the people who make HILLS communities exceptional.

Our Facilities team and Senior Maintenance Supervisors went above and beyond to make the event memorable. Prizes included Yeti coolers, Chadwell Supply hats, new tools, and even a 3D printer. Every moment reflects our appreciation for the men and women who help every resident feel at home by responding quickly to service requests, keeping every detail in top shape, and setting the standard for quality and care.
