As the year came to a close, HILLS Properties wrapped up Q4 with incredible momentum, meaningful recognition, and moments that highlight what truly sets our communities apart: the people behind them. From prestigious industry awards to standout leadership appointments, these achievements reflect a shared commitment to service, connection, and excellence across every region we serve.

We are proud to celebrate the teams and individuals who continue to elevate the HILLS living experience and strengthen the apartment industry as a whole.

Louisville Teams Shine at the 2025 LAA Presidential Gala

The 2025 Louisville Apartment Association Presidential Gala was a night to remember for HILLS Properties. Our Louisville teams earned nominations across an impressive range of categories, showcasing the depth of talent, dedication, and professionalism within our communities.

HILLS team members were recognized in the following categories:

  • Multi-Site Supervisor of the Year: Kenny Loyal and Alyssa Pittman
  • Property Manager of the Year: Michael McCullough
  • Assistant Manager of the Year: Taylor Ownes and Catherine Zupan
  • Leasing Consultant of the Year: Daleena Parker and Breanna Trabal
  • Maintenance Technician of the Year: Joe Culver
  • Corporate Office Professional of the Year: Sara Hendricks
  • Team of the Year: Shadow Ridge
  • 2025 Beautification Award: Shadow Ridge

We are especially proud to congratulate Alyssa Pittman, who earned the title of Multi-Site Supervisor of the Year. This well-deserved win reflects her leadership, consistency, and unwavering dedication to both teams and residents.

Shadow Ridge also made a strong impression, being nominated Team of the Year and the Beautification Award. These honors celebrate the care, pride, and attention to detail that residents experience every day.

Being nominated for Management Company of the Year is a powerful affirmation of our collective efforts. It speaks to the standards we uphold and the relationships we build throughout every HILLS community.[SP1] 

Big Wins in Central Kentucky at the Crowne Excellence Awards

Momentum continued in Central Kentucky, where our Greyson on 27 team stood out at the 2025 Central Kentucky Apartment Association Crowne Excellence Awards. With multiple nominations and two major wins, the team demonstrated what it means to create a vibrant, connected resident experience.

Greyson on 27 proudly brought home awards for Best Fitness Center and Best Resident Events, highlighting the thoughtful programming and well-curated amenities that make the Nicholasville community feel like home.

Beyond the awards, we are equally proud of the leadership our team continues to provide within the association. Sara Hendricks served on the CKAA Board for three consecutive years, Allison Gibson led as Chair of the Managers Key Council, and Noah Williams contributed on the Membership Committee. Their involvement helps shape the future of our industry while reinforcing the values that define HILLS Properties.

These recognitions reflect creativity, collaboration, and a genuine commitment to resident satisfaction, all hallmarks of theGreyson on 27 experience.

Industry Leadership at the Highest Level

Rounding out an impressive quarter, we are proud to celebrate Justin Seger, COO of HILLS Properties, on his induction as President of the 2026 Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association.

Justin’s leadership within the association spans years of dedicated service, including his work as a board member, his involvement with Apartment Association Outreach, and his contributions to the Legislative Committee. His appointment is a testament to his vision, integrity, and commitment to strengthening both the industry and the communities we serve.

We are honored to have Justin representing HILLS Properties in this role and congratulate the entire 2026 Board of Directors.

Upcoming Tribute Hamilton Township Development

Looking ahead, Q4 also marked an exciting step forward with the announcement of Tribute Hamilton Township, a new HILLS Properties community planned for one of Greater Cincinnati’s fastest-growing suburban areas. Located along Ohio State Route 48 in Warren County, this thoughtfully designed apartment community will feature 320 1- and 2-bedroom apartments across multiple four-story buildings, each equipped with elevator access and surface parking.

Opening of Vantage at Anderson Towne Center

We’re also proud to highlight anothermajor milestone for HILLS Properties in 2025 with the completion of Vantage at Anderson Towne Center in Cincinnati. This landmark project, one of the region’s most ambitious multifamily developments, marks our tallest and most prominent community to date with seven stories of luxury living and a total investment north of $50 million.

With beautifully crafted 1- and 2-bedroom homes, premium finishes, resort-style amenities, and unparalleled access to local conveniences, Vantage at Anderson Towne Center exemplifies our commitment to thoughtful community development and exceptional resident experiences.
