Innovation Starts From Within: The HILLS Tech Advancement Program
At HILLS, innovation starts with the people who bring our communities to life. That belief inspired the HILLS Tech Advancement Program, a hands-on learning initiative that redefines maintenance training in the multifamily industry.
Developed by our own senior maintenance supervisors and long-tenured technicians, this program provides associates with immersive, real-world education in technical skills and customer service. Associates can complete self-paced modules, repeat lessons as needed, and demonstrate mastery through written, oral, and hands-on assessments, all within a controlled environment designed for safety and growth.
As our Facilities Project Manager, Randy, a nearly 20-year HILLS veteran, shared, “I love this program because it gives our people the tools they need to succeed.”
That’s what this initiative is all about: building confidence, consistency, and pride. The Tech Advancement Program is a cultural investment in our future, empowering every HILLS associate to deliver exceptional resident experiences that define our brand.
