We took our tour of Savoy West Chester yesterday with Taylor Bizarro, Leasing Consultant, Taylor was absolutely fantastic in providing every detail of the property, floor plans and complete transparency of prices and fees. He answered every question and spent extra time to show us every amenity available. In addition he was just wonderful in communicating with us and listening to our needs as well as our current situation. The property and units are nice and overall and a very good value for the location and what they provide. read less

I don’t know where to begin. I can start by saying I’ve been here for only a month and it has been amazing. From the beginning the office staff has been great. Taylor is the absolute best, he helped me from start to finish he was patient with me and he made sure that I got exactly what I wanted. The move in process was smooth I didn’t have any issues. The community is very quiet I haven’t had any issues with neighbors or anything, I can say that I’m at peace living here and I’m glad that I made Savoy my home. All the amenities are great and the buildings are clean and smells good. I love it here. If you are looking into savoy and want to move here I say do it. Best decision I’ve made when it comes to moving! No regrets. read less

Wanted to give it some time of actually living in the apartment and in the community before leaving a review. And after 1 month I have to say it’s the best decision I could have made. Before accepting the apartment having a hard time finding a place. So glad I found Savoy the community grounds are well kept, clean and quiet! The neighbors are friendly and personable. The staff so kind and extremely helpful. The actual apartment is spacious and quiet. Don’t hear my neighbors at all. It’s modern with a linen and laundry room with tons of shopping, dining, entertainment near by. Incredibly blessed to be living here read less

Finally settled in for the most part. The staff have been great from the beginning of the process through getting settled. The approval process was easy and the maintenance team have been great about answering initial move-in requests. I love my apartment and so does my new pup! I cannot wait until summer though. Thanks, staff! Update: I moved out much sooner than expected finding an amazing new home to buy. Living in Savoy was great. There were some things that occured that were out of the control of the staff (garage door gone most of the time I lived there/shipping for a new one) but overall I would recommend this place to rent. The staff is really great! Thanks, Savoy and staff! read less

Went to the Savoy today looking for a two bedroom! We were greeted by an agent by the name of Taylor Bizzaro and he explained that there was no availability at the time and he informed us when the next 2br would be available (in September)! He offered a tour and we gladly accepted! He was sooooo detailed in showing the amenities along with the other extra perks that come with the Savoy! The unit he showed was gorgeous and his personality was even more beautiful! His knowledge of the Savoy was impressive! Although we LOVE the apartment and can’t wait to move in… Taylor’s personality sold us alone! We will be putting a deposit on the waiting list and can’t wait to be apart of the community! Taylor answered all my questions & made me feel like he truly cared & that he wanted me to be part of this community which isn’t a feeling you get at every place you visit. His genuine spirit and great customer service is one of the reasons why I’m applying for an apartment. He took the time to explain everything and show how everything works. I went into the leasing office just looking to get a brochure of details on this place. I was greeted with a friendly smile and water. Taylor sat me down and went over floor plans and fees with me. The priced are an incredibly rate based on all of the incredible amenities they have. Taylor showed my mother and aunt and I the model floor plan right on the spot! We absolutely loved the place and would move in today if we could! Taylor was especially helpful in making us feel like we were home. Super sweet guy yet very professional as well. He did a great job showing us why Savoy was the home for us! read less
