I’m a realtor and I called Nicole the property manager to set an appointment for my client and I to stop by to discuss apartment options. As my client was only in town for 2 days, Nicole was able to get us in within hours. Her knowledge of the property is outstanding and she’s thorough in explaining the rental terms and options. The property is amazing, from the decor, to cleanliness inside and out. Even the garage was pretty darn immaculate. This property is so lovely. It is a beautiful setting, tucked back into a beautiful wooded setting overlooking a sports area of Oakwood with some beautiful wooded spaces as well. So quiet and peaceful. I love the amenities like the grill deck and a separate fire pit area as well as a beautiful heated pool and a whole complex water softener!! They have truly thought of it all at Element. Nicole was so thoughtful and thorough in her presentation. I enjoyed meeting her.
