I was one of the very first people to move into the complex and it has been the best place I have ever lived, hands down. We have great maintenance and management staff, and the apartments are beautiful and well built. My neighbors are all fantastic and friendly, and the amenities of the place are impossible to beat! Valet trash pickup three days a week! The gym is available to us 24 hours a day and is well equipped with high end machines. I am officially spoiled. We have been thrilled to live here and so glad we made this choice. read less

The apartments are absolutely gorgeous, and I’ve never had property managers that are as friendly and responsive as they are here. They truly go above and beyond to make sure we’re happy. The area is safe, quiet, convenient; the staff takes pride in their work. As an anecdote, I called late in the afternoon with a question but they were assisting someone else – no problem at all; I’d try again the next day and didn’t leave a message… to my surprise, they saw they had missed my call and called me back to make sure everything was fine and to answer my question. When I needed maintenance on a weekend, the technician was at my door in just over an hour, with the knowledge to make the repair and a pleasant attitude. They exemplify “service with a smile,” and the apartments themselves are unmatched. read less

This is a BEAUTIFUL property and I can’t give enough praise to the sales representative we met with, Samantha. She is a consummate professional and so engaging, a true asset to the HILLS Property Management company she works for. If there had been no extenuating factors to our decision process, Element would have been our choice, hands down.
