The entire team of Savoy is OUTSTANDING!!!! The property office has the perfect team in Hannah (Property Manager) and Mckenna (Leasing Consultant). The maintenance team is just as superb. Danny (Senior Maintenance Supervisor), John, and Damian made sure any work order; maintenance emergency; or weather impact was handled professionally, swiftly, and with compassion. ALL common maintenance issues were completed in under 24hrs of notification. Emergencies were handled with the proper attention. Any major issues were communicated and completed in a timely manner, with little to no inconvenience.
Hannah and Mckenna made the property feel like a home. They took every concern, from minute to extreme, the same way. The property office nurtured a tight knit feel for the community. I would recommend Savoy to EVERYONE looking to live in a community where kids are safe; adults enjoy fantastic community events; and a staff that genuinely cares about the people. HILLS Properties has a gold mine in Savoy.

I’ve lived here for almost half a year, and by God is it nice. Quiet at night when it needs to be, is situated just about 10-15 minutes from anything you’d ever need, and has all the amenities one could want in a place to live. As for my first apartment/ living-on-my-own experience, absolutely 5 stars.

I have lived here for a little over a year and have never been more satisfied with Savoy than I am right now. The maintenance team has always been top notch, and I really believe Hannah and McKenna are working hard to make the experience of living here the best it can be. I know McKenna has went above and beyond to take care of a request of mine recently, and it is sincerely appreciated. I’m one of those people who is loud when I have something to complain about, so I want to be equally as loud giving credit where its due. Very appreciative of the crew here at Savoy!

So far i’m having a wonderful experience living at Savoy. The atmosphere is inviting, and the staff are always friendly and attentive, making it feel like home. The community amenities are excellent, but I do wish the apt units didn’t have carpet and came with light fixtures in the bedrooms and living rooms. These small changes would make a big difference in comfort and convenience. Despite this, I’ve truly enjoyed my time here and appreciate the thoughtful details and warm ambiance. I highly recommend Savoy for anyone looking for a welcoming and quality living experience.
