I’ve lived at Brinley for a couple years now and I have been consistently impressed with this place. The apartments are nice and quiet, the community events are a great perk, and the staff are always friendly and professional. Qualise in the front office is always incredibly helpful, and the maintenance supervisor Richard is fantastic and really goes above and beyond for the tenants. 11/10! read less

I’ve had several work orders completed by Colin, and every experience has been great. He really knows what he’s doing and takes the time to get the job done right. What stands out most is how patient and respectful he is he never rushes, listens to concerns, and explains everything clearly. It’s obvious he cares about the residents and takes pride in his work. The property is definitely better because of him and his dedication. read less

Brinley Place staff is friendly and professional. I recently had an electrical issue in my apartment. I discovered the problem after office hours. I called the emergency maintenance line, and Colin helped me troubleshoot. When it was determined that additional work was needed, Colin promptly came to my unit the next business day and resolved the issue within a few hours. 😎 read less

My fiancé and I just moved into Brinley. We LOVE the community so far, and our apartment is beautiful. We’ve had some minor maintenance issues that have had to be worked on upon moving in, but Colin has been prompt, courteous, and efficient in solving them! He even offered to give my little pup some treats, which I thought was extremely kind. Big thank you to him and all of the staff here for making our move-in a little easier! read less

I had an AC issue arise at my apartment and Colin was quick to respond! He stopped by early in the morning and was extremely professional and nice! Colin was able to diagnose the issue quickly and provide a repair in a timely manner. I was quite impressed that he took the time to walk me through his repair and what he found the issue to be. It was great to have a conversation with him while he was working and get to know him a little better! He is a prime example of dependable knowledge and spectacular customer service!
