Management and the residents make this feel like a friendly neighborhood…without the mowing and snow-shoveling! The value, quality, and community here are unmatched, and the location can’t be beat.

We love living at 49 Hundred and the staff is the best! Both the front office and maintenance crews are excellent! They are kind, friendly, responsive and very professional. Sean and Ed recently took care of a few repairs in our apartment. They responded immediately, repaired the issues on the spot and left our apartment clean and were so very easy and nice to work with. If I could give Sean and the rest of the team here at 49 Hundred a 6 start review, I would.

49 Hundred is an amazing place to live! We’re going into our 4th year and don’t plan on leaving any time soon. The amenities are top-notch, apartments are beautiful, and the staff is incredible! They’ve managed to build in so many convenient features that save you time and effort. The location can’t be beat – close to major highways, within walking distance to restaurants and shops, and can even watch concerts in the Square from the 4th floor outdoor space. We truly love it here ??

Brian and I just toured 49Hundred a month ago. Aaron has been awesome to us. He has been very quick to respond back to my a million questions and is always willing to answer them. He was an amazing tour guide. This place is very upscale and was extremely clean and well taken care of. We cannot wait to call this place home soon !!

We’ve had a very positive experience since moving into 49Hundred almost a year ago. The property is well maintained and decorated in an upscale fashion. The saltwater pool, rubbish pickup at the apartment, and extended exercise room are nice touches. The community/activity rooms are nicely decorated and we have used them for family events. Importantly, front office personnel are very responsive to inquiries, and the maintenance department is top-notch

This is the first apartment I’ve ever lived in where the maintenance team will do courtesy installations for the residents. I’ve had the maintenance guys come and hang curtains in both bedrooms and install 3 ceiling fans, one in each room. They do a great job and with a smile on their face – love that they provide this service! Shaun and Jono on the maintenance team are just the nicest guys and so helpful!
