Mallard Landing is a beautiful, well-maintained community that I truly enjoy calling home. The leasing and maintenance staff are exceptional. They’re always kind, responsive, and genuinely caring. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and it makes such a difference. I also have wonderful, quiet neighbors, and the patio view is so relaxing. It’s such a joy watching the mallards waddle around the property and occasionally stop by the patios!

My experience at Mallard Landing has been excellent, better than I had expected. My home is very comfortable and in great condition. I especially love the finishes in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. The community is friendly and social with nice amenities. I enjoy the exercise room, the monthly social events, and I look forward to using the tennis court at the pool. I’m very glad I chose Mallard Landing to be my new home.

We absolutely love living at Mallards landing! Everyone who works in the front office is so kind and quick to answer any questions or concerns that we have and the amenities are amazing, especially the dog wash. But where this community truly shines is their maintenance team. Craig and his team do incredible work, always respond to any of our requests within 24 hours, act quickly and professionally, are super friendly, and go out of their way to explain the work they are doing or fixes that they’ve done. They go above and beyond in the quality of their work ensuring our home is functioning properly. This is by far the best maintenance team we’ve seen out of the previous communities we’ve rented in. They always offer a smile and wave when we see them around the community, and even love greeting our pup. They make renting here stress free and add so much to this community!

The community is clean, peaceful, and very pet-friendly, which means a lot to us. We’re big fans of both Mallard and Hills Properties—not just because my wife works for the company, but because we genuinely choose to live here. The quality of service, attention to detail, and care for residents truly stand out. The management team is friendly, responsive, and always professional. Living here has been a fantastic experience from day one, and we’re so glad we made this our home.
