We also have an enclosed Bark Park for your puppy to run around and chase tennis balls in until they’re all tuckered out. Our quiet community is also the perfect place for your cat to spread out in the sun on your private balcony, without any loud cars or neighbors to disturb their catnap.

Mallard Landing Pet Policy:

• Pets are allowed
• Pet Registration Fee – $200.00 (one-time fee)
• Pet Rent – $35/month for one pet, $50/month for two pets

• German Shepherds
• Bloodhounds
• Akita

Management reserves the right to refuse any animal per company policy which is a wild animal, reptiles or farm animal.
