I lived here for many years and LOVED this place!! I lived on the top floor and absolutely loved my apartment, it was so quiet even though it bordered the highway and I had a lovely view of the woods. It had so much natural light inside and the floor plan is spacious. It’s a small community, so the pool and gym are never too crowded, and maintenance and the front office are on top of things. The location was very convenient when I worked downtown as it’s just minutes away and most of NKY is very close by too. I got to know my neighbors and we always had a great time at the pool. Every apartment has a newly renovated kitchen and partially renovated bath now which are really nice. Rent rose a bit more than I felt was necessary over the years while I was here but pretty much every managed apartment complex does this and that’s really my only complaints. Move in and move out were both really smooth and they did not pull any surprise fees on me during move out. I was honestly really sad to leave here. P.S. Make sure to say hello to our buddy Tim if you see him at the pool jamming to classic rock, he is a wonderful friend to all in the community.

Fox Chase is the best place I’ve lived. Management is wonderfully kind as well as maintenance staff who address any concerns promptly. Easy to communicate with staff for anything. Two beds, baths, and walk in closets – cannot get better there. Love the big patio window door and large bedroom windows for natural light. Dog friendly too! There are fun community events and feels very safe with police regularly patrolling. I would highly recommend Fox Chase for apartment living.

I gotta say, I had been really excited about moving here. 4 months after the move I am still blown away by the service and community. Quite but nice and diverse. I don’t have much of a “family” but even still, moving/living here has added fantastic state of being and belonging for me. I am a cheap date so I do need much, though with that said the apartment itself, as well as the service & amenities are superb. Especially for asking price! Please come and join us here! I’ll set up a board game to welcome you in, if you are into that 😉 awesome weight room.

Have lived here for last 4 months and office staff is helpful and knowledgeable, neighbors are quiet for the most part, and I love that my little dog is able to live here. Also can’t say enough about the maintenance crew. I have had a few minor issues come up (light switch bad connection, small leak under sink, toilet seat screw missing) and even noticed a small water mark on the upper wall in which I thought there might be a roof leak and that the complex should be aware. The staff is always thankful when you bring these items to their attention in order to facilitate a quick resolution to any issues. Most maintenance items are resolved within a day or two with a note from maintenance about the repair. Have not lived in an apartment for many, many years but Fox Chase South has certainly made the transition easier and I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for an apartment to call home.
