I moved here from out of state 11 months ago and will be returning back to my home state in one month. I completed my application/lease process without even having seen the apartments in person. The Rialto Apartments are beautiful and it is a safe living environment. The staff has been so friendly and helpful from the very beginning of our relationship. It’s amazing, that with the hundreds of tenants they lease to, they are even able to remember my name whenever I’ve visited the leasing office. I have to say, from the application phase and throughout my time here, I have not had any disappointments in the choice I made. I would definitely choose Rialto again if I were ever to return to the Louisville area. read less

Came in for a tour with and couldn’t believe how nice they were. They are absolutely beautiful apartments and they have so many amazing amenities. They even have a cafe that we can use for free for events and such. We aren’t moving until August, but we will for sure be moving to Rialto. Also, the staff was so nice. Even the maintenance team waived at us. read less

I lived here for a little over a year and absolutely loved it. The staff were always so friendly and helpful. Maintenance was super responsive as well. It’s a great location and the apartment was super modern with new, quality appliances and plenty of closet space. Very friendly community. If my commute hadn’t changed, I’d still be there. Shout out to Brianna who was always patient and courteous. read less
