I honestly cannot say enough good things about Metropolitan at Fishers. From the moment I walked in, the professionalism and hospitality stood out immediately. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a genuinely welcoming atmosphere that’s hard to find these days. Keithan especially went above and beyond throughout the entire experience. He was knowledgeable, patient, professional, and made sure every question or concern was handled quickly and thoroughly. You can tell he truly cares about the residents and takes pride in what he does. The amenities are amazing, the grounds are always clean, and the overall environment feels safe, peaceful, and upscale. It’s rare to come across a place where the staff consistently make people feel valued and respected, but this community absolutely does that. If you’re looking for an apartment community that combines excellent customer service with a great living experience, I highly recommend Metropolitan at Fishers. Five stars all the way read less

I lived here for 3 years the leasing team was phenomenal in helping me and my wife find a place in such a short time. Stacy is the best is the biz, she is knowledgeable, friendly and truly cares about the community. The maintenance is very responsive and know what they’re doing, and the apartments themselves are so grand, with very nice appliances. I’m proud to say I’m a homeowner now, but saying goodbye to Wellington was kind of a bitter moment for me. You’ll love it here. read less

My fiancé and I stayed at Wellington Place for 2 years and had to move due to some career changes. I’ve lived under 6 different rental agencies and Hills Properties has been the absolute best. I’m only upset they don’t have more properties! The rent is a little obscene but I understand where the money goes with how well kept everything is and with Fishers property values continuing to climb. It’s honestly a really great property and city to live in. I cannot express how much love I have for Wellington Place. It was a very positive living experience. The community is great, communication between the office and community was perfect, maintenance was very active and helpful, things were constantly being improved or inspected, the facilities were impeccable, and the leasing office team was so kind. I cannot stress how well managed this property is. I could not have asked for more from a rental agency. read less

We lived at Wellington Place Apartments for a year, and it was truly a wonderful experience. This community will always hold a special place in our hearts, as it’s where we welcomed our first baby, a memory we’ll cherish forever. The apartment itself was clean, well-designed, and comfortable, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. We enjoyed all four seasons here, from peaceful snowfalls to vibrant summer evenings. The entire community is well-maintained, secure, and environmentally friendly, which made us feel safe and at peace throughout our stay. One of the standout features of living at Wellington Place is the exceptional maintenance team. A big shout-out to Ryan, Caitlyn, Casey, and Alfredo for their prompt and professional service. They always responded quickly to any maintenance request and ensured everything was handled with care and efficiency. Their dedication really made a difference in our daily comfort. We’re also incredibly grateful to Elizabeth, the leasing consultant, who was always so kind, helpful, and approachable. No matter the question or concern, she was quick to assist with a smile and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. Her humble and helpful nature truly set the tone for a welcoming community. The only reason we are moving is because the apartment is a bit far from our mosque, which we have visit 4–5 times a day for prayers. The daily commute has become a bit challenging for us, and we’re relocating to be closer to it. Otherwise, we would have loved to continue staying here. Overall, we loved our time at Wellington Place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, safe, and well supported place to call home. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay such a positive and memorable one. read less

Stayed here for 4 years… the staff has always been very kind and responsive. The apartments themselves are very nice with good insulation, I don’t think I’ve ever heard the upstairs neighbors. The community is quiet with mostly families staying here. The price is par for the course for a Fishers apartment. I would recommend. read less
