Speaking as someone who has lived in both the apartments and the townhomes; this is a wonderful community and there are plenty of excellent and fun events that occur throughout the year here. The leasing office is very friendly and the maintenance professionals are very competent in their execution of work orders when they have needed to assist us. There is plenty of grass and an overall dog friendly atmosphere and a lot of ducks. I also enjoy the food trucks when they are here and also they have plenty of great amenities close by and within the neighborhood. Also they do a great job of keeping the landscaping in shape and the snow handled in a timely manner. read less

He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the amenities in detail, and provide valuable insights about the neighborhood. His enthusiasm for the property was contagious, and made me feel confident in considering it as my next home. The tour was well-organized and personalized, which made a great impression. The model home we were shown was absolutely beautiful loved how much space it has. read less
