What a beautiful and relaxing community. I had to come and see it for myself. I toured the property with Alli on a Thursday afternoon. She was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The floorplans are awesome and equipped with everything you need in a place to call home! Come take a look around today. I even received a gift card to LuLu’s. I’ve never been, but I’m looking forward to going and trying something new and sweet. I looked so good driving out of the community! I’m sure people were starring. 😄

I toured Palmera with Sara. She was absolutely amazing. She was professional, yet personable, with a great sense of humor. She made it fun and showed us a great place. She also went over multiple other options for us as well. I would recommend Palmera and ask for Sara!! She’s the best!

My partner and I love living at Palmera. We recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking in the area. From the property manager (shout out Carly) to the maintenance team (shout out Bill), they go above and beyond to take care of you. Maintenance has always responded within 24 hours, if not resolved by then (because they are that quick)! The management staff are kind and very proficient at maintaining a beautiful community surrounded by nature. Of course the amenities are top notch – providing popsicles on a hot summer pool day, the endless walking trails around nature preserves, and those are just a few. The point is, we love it here!

Palmera apartments is a great place! The pool is one of my favorite parts—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing on a summer day. The entire community is peaceful and quiet, which makes it feel like a little escape from the hustle. The staff is always friendly and responsive, and they’ve gone out of their way to make sure everything runs smoothly. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a calm, comfortable place to call home in Mason!

Love our maintenance crew! They have gone above and beyond in assisting residents with the various issues and have helped me to install three ceiling fans and replaced my garbage disposal when it wasn’t working properly. They always say hello upon passing and continue to take good care of us all. Very, very pleased with this place! Travis came by to ensure my leaking toilet was taken care of and cleaned up all nice and tidy, too! Great service – as always!!

I first came to Palmera this June, and I’m currently staying here with my family. The community center, facilities, and apartments are all clean and well-maintained. Above all, the staff(specially Carly, Taylor, Sydney, Ariel) are incredibly friendly and have been very helpful in ensuring that we settle in and enjoy our time here. For anyone from other areas or abroad who wants to send their child to a good school without having to worry about various details, I highly recommend choosing this place.
