I was counting down the days until moving into Island Club, and it met every expectation I had! My apartment was clean and nice and I haven’t had any major issues within the last month of being there. Any minor thing I’ve had questions about they’ve been quick and eager to help fix. Sam B. and the rest of the staff have been nothing but kind and helpful!

My friend is looking for an apartment for the first time ever and I was helping him look, and we stumbled upon this place, and let me start off with saying the staff helping us have been the best, most helpful and kind people ever. All of our questions were answered so nicely (trust, we had a lot!) and we truly have never felt more comfortable touring an apartment complex than here. He’s in the process of moving in here and I feel comfortable knowing that he’s going to be in a place that is so welcoming and safe. (P.S. Shoutout to Kaylee for being the funniest and kindest person ever! She helped us out so much and was very thorough with the whole process, couldn’t recommend this place more!)

Stellar apartment complex! Visited a friend that lives her and she truly enjoys, which has made me highly consider living here if I ever move to Ohio. Staff is very welcoming and always ready to lend a helping hand whenever needed. Additionally, I have enjoyed the social media content that they have been releasing recently. Kaylee and Sam are absolute comedians that never fail to make me laugh! 100% recommend Island Club Apartments! You will not regret it!

I have absolutely loved living at the Island Club Apartments! My boyfriend and I are 24 years old, and this is our first place together. Any maintenance request is completed within a day or two (rarely 2 days, typically same day), every employee and resident are kind and welcoming, and it is a great price for what you get. This is definitely a luxury apartment complex, without the luxury price tag. Also, it’s literally sound proof, we never hear our neighbors. Would recommend these apartments to anyone, especially young people!

My husband & I are current residents here at Island Club. We have been here for the past 3 years, going on 4 and we absolutely love it. There is really no other leasing team, maintenance staff, and community like this that can compare. A new property manager took over earlier this year and the transition went so smoothly and seamlessly, Maria & Kate are both amazing. Ryan went absolutely above and beyond to help my husband and I do an in unit transfer and made sure we were happy with our new place. I cannot express how grateful I am for them being willing to work with us during a very confusing time. Despite some delays in some maintenance, they are the sweetest team who WILL ALWAYS get the job done. Bob & Paul are our dogs favorites and always want to say hi when we see them around. They are constantly working to make this place better over time. I feel very safe and comfortable walking our dogs & son late at night as the neighborhood is family friendly. We look forward to staying here until we find our forever home!

I’m a potential resident and went in for a showing today with Ryan. First, let me say I was very taken with the overall appearance as I pulled in and then everything went up from there. The office was impressive to say the least and so inviting. Then I met Ryan. Not only was he easy to talk to, informative, and could answer every question I had, he made it all seem effortless and smooth. Ryan is definitely a perfect representation of professionalism and approachable; something you don’t encounter a lot these days. While I haven’t decided, I know my apartment hunting ended here. These people go the extra mile!

We are evaluating the distance to the work place but other than that I wouldn’t even think twice before I would fill in the application. I am very impressed with Island Club Apartments! They are fantastic with fixing our maintenance issues quickly with efficiency and professionalism. They are friendly and answer any questions you may have. They also go above and beyond their job requirements. For instance, due to health issues, they so kindly brought up the stairs to my unit on the second floor my purchased washer and dryer, and hooked it up for me. This is the best maintenance team I have experienced in all the rentals I have lived throughout my life. Island Club Apartments is a great place to live who care about their residents!

Island Club apartment’s maintenance team is awesome! Rob, one of their maintenance employees does a great job with his work orders. He is polite and comes in and does his job quickly such as fixing my guest bath towel rack and unplugging the master bathroom’s sink. When I came home from teaching at UC, I saw his work order showing he completed the maintenance task. He did an awesome job unplugging my master bathroom sink. More so, he cleaned up after this job. I just wanted to commend his excellent work especially his cleanliness. Thanks Island Club apartments for your quick response and fine work!

Wow! I am speechless..in a good way. I left a brief this request this afternoon for maintenance on our dishwasher as it wasn’t cleaning properly, but not a major emergency. Upon arriving home I was greeted by a wonderful note from Paul who had visited the same day to clean the unit and lines…as well as starting a load of dishes it contained (wasn’t anticipating such a speedy response lol ) . I have lived here at Island Club Apartments for almost a year now. This is the first time I’ve lived in a apartment since 1986. The employees here from office to maintenance are just terrific and helpful every way they can be. I’m glad I chose to live here. One other thing my dog Manny loves living here. He has made so many friends.

Over the several years that I’ve lived at Island Club, I’ve been extremely happy with how great this community is. The office and maintenance team do a great job at maintaining the property and making it an easy choice to continue to live here. With so many options in the area, it’s great that I can continue to call this home without needing to look elsewhere.

Island club was our home for 6 years since we moved in new to the country. A wonderful community of neighbors and friendly staff made us feel at home. I would like to specifically call out Stephen and Jeff from the maintenance department for their patience and professionalism. They are wonderful in handling every inconvenience like frequent communication for water shutoffs, compactor getting full over weekend taken care right on Monday morning, emergency contacts for lockouts etc. Also there has been continuous improvement to the community in the past few years including dog parks, park benches, play area and so on. I have loved being part of this wonderful neighborhood and would definitely recommend to anyone especially for people moving in new to the area like us and want a safe place to get started.
