My daughter and I moved here 1 1/2 years ago and have loved living here! I have had nothing but positive interactions with staff and residents as well. The property is well maintained, requests are addressed quickly. It’s so nice to have the underground parking; my car is always sheltered and away from the elements.. Pool/fire pits/grills are all wonderful Amenities and !the gym is A++ too.

Quick background I’m 69. I’m blind retired. I play music now. Part time I used to do it professionally and I’ve lived in a lot of places in San Antonio, Texas, California. However, this is the best complex I’ve ever lived in and I’ve lived in some decent ones my theory on apartments is I’d rather pay more for a good one than scrimp on the place I’m living and that was my premise when I selected this place. It was a little bit more than some, but to me that’s a worthwhile expense that I’m now in the position to afford so I want a place that’s quiet. Nice management is very friendly and responsive. I’ve asked them for things that are not their job and they’ve never winced. They’ve helped me when I needed them to go above and beyond or at least I wanted them to go above and beyond, and they gladly did it quick example the very first thing they did that was above and beyond was Kaitlyn when I first was looking for apartments in Ohio. I randomly called this one because it looked good just to see what it was like to hear their version of what the place was like and Kaitlyn spent. I’m sure it was close to a half hour with me a stranger on the phone, who she had no idea would come through when and lived there, but she politely, and in a very professional friendly manner told me about the location, the pros of where it was and what it was what it did and how it was set up, she helped me with the lease process. It was just a very, very, very uplifting and unlooked for experience with her just a cold call out of the blue and she went out of her way and I’m now living here and I just extended my lease for 15 more months. The amenities are wonderful. I don’t use many of them but they are great. I love the social café. I’m a relatively private person. Don’t have a lot of friends but the option is there to make friends if you want here, there’s lots of little events that you can choose to come to or not. There’s no pressure. I love the trash collection. I know there’s some glitches here in there, but that’s life baby so I don’t wanna have to walk to a trash, compactor, a trash container. What could be better than putting the trash outside, your door maintenance is simply awesome. They’re they’re the best maintenance team I’ve ever seen you got Dion and Terry and Alex all excellent friendly fast and get it done right the first time type of maintenance people. I can’t say enough about this place. I just love it. It smells great. You walk into the place and it smells beautiful on a cold winter like we’ve had. They turned on a little heater in between the two doors so when you come in from the outside and then enter your beautiful door code to get into the main building, you got heat. Those little touches are wonderful and they’re everywhere. Long Google review I think very verbose but that’s me. Have a good day everybody thank you thank you Allure. Beautiful job.

I’ve had a really positive experience living here. The building is well-maintained, quiet, and feels safe, which makes it easy to feel at home. Maintenance has been responsive and professional whenever I’ve needed help, and management has been easy to communicate with. The location is also a big plus—convenient without feeling overcrowded. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and stress-free place to live, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in the area.

Allure is a beautiful, upscale apartment community that truly delivers luxury at its finest. My favorite features are the parking garages and heated salt water pool. I love being able to just walk around the community for some exercise and fresh air….everything is beautiful and impeccably well kept. i dont play golf myself, but enjoy watching others at the putting green. The office staff is always friendly and helpful, even when just stopping by to visit and just say hello. The maintenance team, especially Terry, is top notch and are always so friendly and address issues or concerns very quickley. It is just comforting to know they are there when needed. They always smile and wave when I see them out and about on the property. I cant imagine leaving Allure…..unless someday i decide to buy a house.

Recently took a tour of the apartments. I was greeted by the staff as soon as I walked in. It was very welcoming. I loved all of the amenities the complex offered. I also loved there is on site Maintenace and emergency Maintenace .The community is well kept, very clean in the common areas. Over all very pleased with this property and have bumped it to one of my top choices.
