The maintenance team is very friendly and quick to respond to requests, and the leasing office staff are also kind, professional, and accommodating. I recently became the Courtesy Office and get to work closely with all staff to ensure the property is running smoothly. I’ve never felt more at home while living at Greyson on 27. I fell in love the second I walked into their model unit during a private tour, and noticed how Allison kept referring to Greyson as my home – even though I hadn’t even applied yet. It was well worth the wait while being on a waitlist for several months and I couldn’t imagine calling anywhere else home! Let’s just say everyone wants to live here, but no one wants to leave! It truly shows how much time and dedication Allison, the property manager, puts into Greyson. From meticulous apartments to custom move-in gift baskets to resident discounts at local businesses, she really cares about every little detail and the time she takes to plan resident events does not go unnoticed – they are always so creative and something I really look forward to each month! Along with Hannah and Noah at the office, maintenance is so quick to assist with anything needed. Everyone is always so cordial and go out of their way to make sure I have everything I need. And if you haven’t noticed, Greyson is extremely pet friendly! I love how both the office and maintenance staff take time out of their day to say hello and play with my dog whenever they see us! It’s even gotten to the point where my dog recognizes their golf cart and has to greet her friends whenever we are on a walk! Greyson will always feel like home, no matter where I’m at. Thank you for making this place so special and going out of your way to make me feel so welcome here! ??

I felt very safe here due to the building doors being locked at all times. The staff was always friendly and accommodating, in particular Noah. If I should need to live in an apartment again, I will definitely be back. I don’t know of any other apartments close to or in Lexington that are this nice!

This is an absolutely wonderful property. From my first tour to my move in day, the staff were amazing and everything they advertised it to be was spot on. These are great people and they clearly take pride in the work they do here. The unit was absolutely spotless when we moved in, it honestly felt like we were the first people to live in the unit. Its warm, quiet, spacious and beautifully designed. I needed maintenance to install a ceiling fan and help with an HVAC question, every time I needed their help they were on it so fast that it caught me off guard (in a good way), great folks all around. If you are looking for a place to live that is modern, beautiful and well kept, this is it, look no further, thank me later.

The Greyson 27 campus is safe, clean, and fun! The clubhouse is extremely inviting and the pool is a great place to connect with other community members. Greyson 27 goes above and beyond for their community by providing a secure mail room, accommodating trash room, seasonal landscapers, and world class maintenance service. My favorite part was the food trucks they gifted the community on a seasonal basis. I cannot say enough good things about Greyson 27. If you’re looking for a great community, choose Greyson. The office staff is honestly the best I’ve ever experienced, they treat you like family and are always so pleasant. I never hear the neighbors, the community is clean an classy, and never any bugs. Any maintenance requests were fulfilled within two days, most were fixed same day. The leasing staff is awesome, you can just come by the office and chat with them anytime. They also do a lot of events for the residents such as different food trucks, complimentary to go breakfast, and more.
