Living here has been an exceptional experience. The grounds are well maintained and the staff are great to work with. Maintenance response to any issue has been fast. The lay out of our apartment to me is perfect. My wife’s only issue was counter space in the kitchen, but the new renovations solved that issue! All the new renovations of kitchen, bathrooms, dining room and utility room are beautiful! We plan to live here for many years to come. read less

Wanted to update on the renovations happening in my apartment 1 bedroom: Laura and Katelyn visited my apartment about a week before the renovations. Explained exactly what I need to do, what space needs to be adjusted/clear items etc. for the makeover to happen. They visited again day before the Renovation and the maintenance personnel took the measurements. On the day, work began at 8am. I was out at 7:50 am. Laura gave me a call at about 2:15 pm that the renovation work would finish in 20 minutes and Yes it did. By 3pm I was in my apartment to find it like New again. Great Work, Neatly Done. Especially when considering it took only about 6 hrs. Very well planned & executed. So, in short, Emerald Lakes STILL continues to be a 5 STAR ************ previous review******************* I have been living here since 2019. I keep thinking that I should move to a new place but honestly I haven’t had a reason to move OUT. Highlights on the Apartment/Community : The Apartment – Adequate Space The Surroundings – Clean, Well maintained The Atmosphere – Very Calm The Maintenance – Top Notch The Leasing Staff – Exceptional The Proximity to Highway – Perfect The people in the community – Aren’t Noisy – Jithesh (Jeet) read less

I have made Emerald Lakes my home since 2018. So this is my sixth year of contract running. After moving here I never felt to move anywhere else because of its serenity, convenient location, centrally located in Greenwood near I65, so Indy downtown is a easy 15 mins commute. The community management team is always helpful and friendly which I have always appreciated because they are the ones who make sure our stay here is with the best experience. I have always recommended my friends, office colleagues to check this place for their needs. I recommend this to anyone who needs a clean, peaceful, scenic place to live and above all near to major shopping outlets like SAMS, COSTCO, Asian, Indian grocery, restaurants of most cuisines, schools, banks, major hospitals and an Interstate highway. read less

My fiancé and I moved to emerald lakes and stayed there for a year in four months. We got our first cat and dog while we were there. Maintenance did a good job fixing things, the community was great, and rent was at a reasonable price. So thankful for our time there. We would have stayed longer, but we were able to purchase our first home. Thank you to everybody that made Emerald Lakes great! read less

I love this apartment very much. The house feels like my own house , the rooms are perfect and spacious with big walk-in closets. The bathroom is also spacious. It’s very beautiful house. The amenities like swimming pool , basketball court, tennis court are very clean and maintained very nicely.The leasing office employees are very friendly and very helpful. They organize many events and give a lots of goodies. I just love to talk to them and participate in the events. The maintenance request are fulfilled very quickly and they fix the issues very nicely. I would definitely recommend to rent in Emerald Lakes apartment. You will love staying here. read less

We love living in the Emerald Lakes community. The area is always kept clean, staff including the maintenance team are beyond friendly and always does an excellent job on service calls. We are going into our third year and in no rush to move. Convenience is key here. Close to the highway, shopping and entertainment. Our children are grown, however this is an excellent school district as well. read less

This apartment complex is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The maintenance team, huge shoutout to Kenny, Josh & Caitlin, for ALWAYS coming and making sure everything is working and running smoothly in our homes. They also make sure that the roads are clean, the grass and flowers are always gorgeous. This neighborhood is more like a family. The management office is always delightful, holds our packages for us & always super helpful. I cannot say enough good things about Emerald Lakes Apartments. They host events very often for everyone to get together. The pool is very nice in the summer! This is also a great location for anywhere you may need to go, easy access to I65! Love Emerald Lakes. I lived in a lot of apartments and this one is the best so far! read less
