Emerald Lakes has been a good place to call home for the last year. Overall it’s pretty quiet and I haven’t had any safety concerns. The maintenence crew does a great job keeping the grounds clean and resolving requests in a timely manner. Kaitlin and the rest of the office staff are polite and extremely helpful. Whenever I picked up a package they were right on it with a smile and pleasant greeting. Although I didn’t participate in any of the activities there is something always going on. If you’re looking for a place to live i hope you’ll consider Emerald Lakes.

I am glad she did because I had the best experience living there! I had a very nice updated apartment and a beautiful lake view. Me and my kids loved all of the amenities— social deck, pool, etc. Would highly recommend living here!

We moved in October to Emerald Lakes and the community is very clean and the neighborhood feels safe. ALL the staff and maintenance people are amazing and easy to talk to. Caitlin helped with our maintenance report within a day of being filed and Savannah is always very helpful at the front desk. She is ready to answer any questions and finds my packages for me almost daily.

I have lived here at Emerald Lakes since July, 2024. The one bedroom apartment is wonderful! Plenty of room and storage. The office staff have always been friendly and extremely helpful, and the maintenance people have been quick and efficient dealing with issues. The grounds are well maintained and I have had no trouble with any of my neighbors. The location is perfect! I have dealt with Kaitlyn in the office several times and I just want to compliment her on the job she does. She is helpful and makes sure things get addressed properly. The entire staff here at Emerald Lakes are some of the best I’ve ever experienced at an apartment complex. Keep up the great job that you all do! Thanks for making this a comfortable place to live.

No matter what questions or concerns I have, she always goes above and beyond to assist with a smile. Kaitlynn makes the entire leasing experience smooth and stress-free. Whether it’s helping with maintenance requests, explaining lease details, or simply greeting residents warmly every day, she truly enhances the community experience. This is my 2nd year of calling Emerald Lakes my home. I absolutely love living here! Kaitlyn always has a smile on her face when I stop by the office to pick up packages or just dropping by to ask a question. The office staff as a whole goes above and beyond for residents as well as future residents. The whole maintenance crew is quick to respond and be finished with a concern within no time. Big Kudos to them as well! The staff always finds a fun way to include residents in monthly activities. It’s a fun way to meet all your neighbors! Anywhere from cookouts, bingo, Easter egg hunt, chili cook-off to wine and canvas night just to name a few. Great location for local restaurants, shopping, schools and it’s close to the interstate for easy commute. What are you waiting for? Go see Kaitlyn and her crew!

I just signed my third lease and enjoy living here more than any place i have ever lived before. My apartment is beautiful and everyone who sees it raves about how nice it is. The office staff is great. I have a lot of problems with the internet and they have helped me so much and had a lot of patience and helped me stagger thru it. Maintenance here is very good. I have had very few things that have happened and needed repair work, but when I did they were here right away, did a good job and were friendly and helpful. I would recommend to anyone this is a really great place to live.

Living here has been an exceptional experience. The grounds are well maintained and the staff are great to work with. Maintenance response to any issue has been fast. The lay out of our apartment to me is perfect. My wife’s only issue was counter space in the kitchen, but the new renovations solved that issue! All the new renovations of kitchen, bathrooms, dining room and utility room are beautiful! We plan to live here for many years to come.

Wanted to update on the renovations happening in my apartment 1 bedroom: Laura and Katelyn visited my apartment about a week before the renovations. Explained exactly what I need to do, what space needs to be adjusted/clear items etc. for the makeover to happen. They visited again day before the Renovation and the maintenance personnel took the measurements. On the day, work began at 8am. I was out at 7:50 am. Laura gave me a call at about 2:15 pm that the renovation work would finish in 20 minutes and Yes it did. By 3pm I was in my apartment to find it like New again. Great Work, Neatly Done. Especially when considering it took only about 6 hrs. Very well planned & executed. So, in short, Emerald Lakes STILL continues to be a 5 STAR ************ previous review******************* I have been living here since 2019. I have made Emerald Lakes my home since 2018. So this is my sixth year of contract running. After moving here I never felt to move anywhere else because of its serenity, convenient location, centrally located in Greenwood near I65, so Indy downtown is a easy 15 mins commute. The community management team is always helpful and friendly which I have always appreciated because they are the ones who make sure our stay here is with the best experience. I have always recommended my friends, office colleagues to check this place for their needs. I recommend this to anyone who needs a clean, peaceful, scenic place to live and above all near to major shopping outlets like SAMS, COSTCO, Asian, Indian grocery, restaurants of most cuisines, schools, banks, major hospitals and an Interstate highway.

My fiancé and I moved to emerald lakes and stayed there for a year in four months. We got our first cat and dog while we were there. Maintenance did a good job fixing things, the community was great, and rent was at a reasonable price. So thankful for our time there. We would have stayed longer, but we were able to purchase our first home. Thank you to everybody that made Emerald Lakes great!

I love this apartment very much. The house feels like my own house , the rooms are perfect and spacious with big walk-in closets. The bathroom is also spacious. It’s very beautiful house. The amenities like swimming pool , basketball court, tennis court are very clean and maintained very nicely.The leasing office employees are very friendly and very helpful. They organize many events and give a lots of goodies. I just love to talk to them and participate in the events. The maintenance request are fulfilled very quickly and they fix the issues very nicely. I would definitely recommend to rent in Emerald Lakes apartment. You will love staying here.

We love living in the Emerald Lakes community. The area is always kept clean, staff including the maintenance team are beyond friendly and always does an excellent job on service calls. We are going into our third year and in no rush to move. Convenience is key here. Close to the highway, shopping and entertainment. Our children are grown, however this is an excellent school district as well.

They also make sure that the roads are clean, the grass and flowers are always gorgeous. This neighborhood is more like a family. I have been living here for the last 18 months and have nothing but good things to say about the whole staff and maintenance members! The apartments are very nice, the community is very clean. They host events very often for everyone to get together. The pool is very nice in the summer! This is also a great location for anywhere you may need to go, easy access to I65! Love Emerald Lakes. I lived in a lot of apartments and this one is the best so far!
