The office staff always greets you with a smile and the maintenance team is five stars. Caitlin is great! She’s easy to talk and work with. I have made Emerald Lakes my home since 2018. So this is my sixth year of contract running. After moving here I never felt to move anywhere else because of its serenity, convenient location, centrally located in Greenwood near I65, so Indy downtown is a easy 15 mins commute. The community management team is always helpful and friendly which I have always appreciated because they are the ones who make sure our stay here is with the best experience. I have always recommended my friends, office colleagues to check this place for their needs. I recommend this to anyone who needs a clean, peaceful, scenic place to live and above all near to major shopping outlets like SAMS, COSTCO, Asian, Indian grocery, restaurants of most cuisines, schools, banks, major hospitals and an Interstate highway. read less
