Absolutely love living here! The location, quality of the apartments and property/grounds/clubhouse can’t be beat. It’s quiet, safe, and reliable (no maintenance issues/repairs/bug problems). The office staff and maintenance crew are second to none and actually care about you and your happiness at the apt complex even after you sign the lease (unlike some complexes that seem to bait and switch). The only reason I’m leaving is because I’m buying a house- but otherwise I’d stay here for as long as I could! Don’t let the waitlists deter you- it’s worth the wait.

Any time I have visitors, they always comment on how nice it is. The office and maintenance team are quick to respond to any issues. And the area feels very safe. You won’t find a nicer apartment complex in the Lexington area.

We’ve been living at Greyson on 27 for 2 years now, and I can confidently say this is one of the best apartment communities in the Lexington/Nicholasville area. The building is always clean and well-maintained, and the overall quality truly stands out.
What we appreciate most is how easy it is to communicate with the team here, from the office staff to the maintenance crew, everyone is friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. Anytime we’ve had a maintenance request, they’ve addressed it within minutes whenever possible.
We absolutely love living at Greyson and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch place to call home!

We’ve lived here for a few years now and love the community. The amenities are great for us and our dog. We utilize the pool, clubhouse, gym and dog park all the time. We are really grateful for the management team, Allison, Noah and Hannah-Marissa. I would recommend this Hills Property to anyone looking for a safe, well maintained community!
