I have lived at Fox Chase North for a little over a year. It is a pleasant and caring community. We have community events, in which we may participate. This has been a welcome surprise. I have had maintenance staff address a couple of needs, skillfully and quickly. I have lived in apartment complexes for the last 14 years, and I fully enjoy and appreciate, Fox Chase North, where I currently live. The office staff is also always helpful and welcoming. When I moved, I made an excellent choice. read less

The location is perfect: close, easy access to I-275 and Beechmont Ave. shopping and restaurants. The management and staff are friendly, courteous, and helpful. If I ever have a question or concern, management addresses the concern and resolves it in a timely manner. I have always been treated with respect and kindness. The maintenance team is reliable and efficient. It is great to send in a work-order in the morning and come home later that day to a resolved issue. It is also wonderful to have landscaping and snow-removal handled so well. The grounds are well-maintained at all times. I especially love the private, well-groomed pool! It has been a peaceful oasis for me for 21 years! In general, the environment is quiet. There is little traffic or noise. Additionally, there are numerous community events that bring residents together for fun and socialization. I have thoroughly enjoyed living at Fox Chase North! read less

I have lived at Fox Chase North for almost 10 years and it has been nothing but wonderful! The office staff are always friendly and welcoming. They are very knowledgeable and are very prompt with answering inquiries. There is always someone in the office to help with any issues and make you feel very comfortable! They really deserve more than 5 stars!!! They work so hard to keep the property well maintained and beautiful, and the resident events are always a great experience! read less
