HILLS Commercial is a full-service management group with the ability to maintain the properties, address all leasing matters, and complete tenant improvement projects, large or small. Our Central Service Maintenance Team is staffed with individuals who have the knowledge and experience to maintain energy management systems, security systems, as well as mechanicals such as electric, plumbing, and HVAC. The continuing education classes allow our team members to maintain certification as well as learn new methods and stay on top of advances in their field. We have several licensed professionals who are involved in the leasing and renewal processes and work with tenants on any expansion needs. These same professionals work with HILLS Construction to assist tenants in making their space improvement visions a reality. Whether it be the medical office niche, retail, or warehouse improvements, HILLS Construction meets the expectations of the end user every time. Our full-service operation wouldn’t be complete without our on-site accounting department. They address any financial needs that an owner would like, in addition to overseeing accounts payables and receivables. They are experienced in budget involvement, providing financial reporting packages, and assisting with the completion of the annual CAM Reconciliations.
